The image or texture behind your pages. Leave it as No Background and the design uses whatever its author intended, which is usually the safest answer. If you upload your own, use something large and low in contrast: a background competes with your text for attention and it should lose. Around 1920 pixels wide is enough for any screen, and a quiet image at that size will look better than a busy one at twice it. You can remove it at any point and the design goes back to its own.
