Tools: link.actor

A single-page link hub at link.actor, for the one link social profiles allow you. It is built from what is already on your site, so there is nothing to maintain separately: your photo, your links, your reel and your contact details are already there. Pick a color to match the rest of your presence. If you have connected SoundCloud, you can choose which playlists appear. It is a signpost, not a website, so the fewer things it points at the better it works.

link.actor is one short link, made to go in a bio that only allows one. Anyone who taps it lands on a small page with buttons to your website, your reel and your profiles. You update this, rather than every bio you have. View my link.actor page opens yours, exactly as a visitor sees it. The switch beside it turns the page on and off. Switched off, the link stops answering, and nothing else about your website changes. There are three layouts. Click one and it is saved as you click. Theme colors sets the background and the two accents the buttons are drawn in. Follow your website, or pick your own. A connected SoundCloud account can put its playlists on the page too, each with its own player. These are still being imported, which the card says can take a day. One link, in every bio you have. What sits behind it is decided here.
