Hello actor friends! I just started acting less than a year ago, but I feel like recently I’ve been getting less auditions . I’m unrepresented but have subscriptions for AA and Backstage to submit myself for projects. I’m submitting myself for a lot of projects but rarely hearing back for any. I have updated headshots,…

I thought this would be a great resource for voice actors, so I decided to share it here :) I've been talking to narrators and self-published authors who self-record their own audiobooks. They can record it then the rest of the process is still a pain because you still have to proof the take against the manuscript and…

On top of things, I don't seem to post things that create great response. I would like my social media to put me in front of the eyes of producers, casting directors, talent agents a…

Another silly question coming from me. Actors with dogs, how is it owning pets while also being on set, possibly in other cities for months on end? Do you bring your dog (I assume yes)? Can it stay in your trailer or do you leave it with someone. I’ve had a lot of free time to think frivolously today.

I figure there is sort of a survivorship bias at play where most actors & actresses who don’t reach the level of stardom or stability they desire by a certain age decide to drop out of acting professionally and go into other careers.
